Eric grew up in the Sandusky area and began attending The Chapel as a teenager. As Lead Pastor, he provides vision, leadership, and strategy for The Chapel. Additionally, he serves as both a member of our teaching team and the Campus Pastor for the Sandusky Campus. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree from Cedarville University and a master’s degree from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. He is married to his best friend, Paula, and together they have four children.
As The Chapel's Port Clinton Campus Pastor, Todd serves on our teaching team and provides leadership and care to our Port Clinton Campus family. Todd has been married to his high school sweetheart, Lisa, since 1996 and they have three incredible young adult children together. Todd has a bachelor's degree from Cedarville University and done Masters Coursework through Grand Rapids Theological Seminary and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Todd has been on staff at The Chapel since 2005.
Charles provides oversight and leadership to our Norwalk Campus. Charles has been married to Tricia since 1997 and has two daughters. Charles has a Bachelors Degree from Grand Valley State University in Social Studies and History and a Certificate of Education from Grand Valley State School of Education. Charles first came on staff at The Chapel in 2009 to give oversight and leadership to our Worship Teams. With his love for people and the community, Charles transitioned to serve as our Norwalk Campus Pastor in the fall of 2016. You’ll find Charles still strumming on a guitar and singing, meeting up with staff members, serving our Norwalk family, and occasionally serving as part of our weekend teaching team.
Jay joined The Chapel in 2012 (after 23 years at the The Chapel in Akron). He and Annette have enjoyed many years of marriage and are thrilled to have three married children and two granddaughters. Jay’s primary responsibilities are connected to local and global outreach efforts. He also enjoys teaching and mentoring. His Bachelor of Science (natural resources) and Master of Science (agronomy) degrees are from THE Ohio State University. His Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees are from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
Jeff joined The Chapel staff in March of 2023 serving as a Spiritual Growth Pastor and Men’s Ministry leader. He is married to his beautiful bride, Amy, and they have two amazing kids, Alice and Silas. Jeff is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in secondary education and a graduate of Ashland Theological Seminary with a Master’s Degree in missions and a Master of Divinity degree. Jeff has been in full-time ministry since 1994; working both as a youth pastor and pastor. He loves preaching and teaching God‘s Word, sharing the Gospel, and helping people grow in their faith.
Joe and his family have been a part of The Chapel since 2008. Joe is married to his wife MarLana and they have three incredible kids. As the Associate Pastor of Online Engagement and Communications, Joe leads The Chapel's creative vision through visual elements, social media, and various other platforms. He is also part of the teaching team, and serves in other pastoral duties. Joe graduated from Ohio Christian University in 2011. In addition to fulfilling his Chapel responsibilities, Joe is a police chaplain for The Norwalk Police Department.
