THE BIBLE, both the Old and New Testament, is the inspired word of God. Men were moved by the Holy Spirit to write words of Scripture; therefore, the Bible is without error.

THERE IS ONE TRUE GOD who exists eternally as a living spirit. He exists in three persons (Father, Son and Holy Spirit). He is all-powerful, everywhere present, all-knowing,  sovereign, unchanging, holy, just and loving.

IN JESUS CHRIST, THE SON OF GOD, true God and true man.

PEOPLE WERE CREATED FOR FELLOWSHIP WITH GOD.  However, we became alienated from that relationship through sinful disobedience. As a result, people are totally incapable of coming back into a right relationship with God by their own effort.

JESUS CHRIST DIED A SUBSTITUTIONARY DEATH.  He died for sinners and arose bodily from the grave. He ascended into heaven and will return bodily and visibly to earth just as He left.

IN SALVATION BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH. It is only through personal faith in the person and work of Jesus Christ that we can receive forgiveness of sins and eternal life.

IN THE MINISTRY OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, who convicts, regenerates, baptizes, indwells, enlightens and empowers for godly living all who truly believe in Jesus Christ.

Beliefs.

Faith In Action

Communion

We serve communion once a month to remind us of Christ's sacrifice for us and our salvation through faith by grace. We believe communion may be taken by anyone who has chosen to be a follower of Jesus Christ.

Baptism

Baptism is an outward sign of an inward reality. We believe baptism is for those who have come into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ who wish to publically declare their faith and commitment to following Him.

Child Dedication

The dedication of a child is a public acknowledgement that a child is a gift from God. Parents or Guardians commit themselves to love, care and provide for that child, as well as to instruct and train the child spiritually.

Outreach

Whether it’s encouraging someone through prayer, donating canned goods to feed hungry people in our area, or giving financial assistance to fund basic needs for families across the globe, there are so many ways to impact the world for good through the various ministries of The Chapel.

Generosity

We value generosity because it reminds us of God's generosity towards us. When we sacrifice our time, our skills, our resources for others we can be reminded of Christ's sacrifice for us. It's a part of who He is and it's a part of who we aim to be. We do not want anyone to give out of guilt or obligation, but instead out of the overflow of the heart.
