LET'S BE ORANGE THIS WEEKEND
NEXT weekend is Orange Weekend where we highlight our family ministries. We hope you'll join us by wearing orange to support our young people.
FOR PARENTS
On Sunday, January 26, we will be taking time for us as parents to pray. This is especially for our adult children who may be facing struggles.
If you have an adult child who has possibly walked away from his/her Christian faith, chosen a different lifestyle, gotten into trouble, etc., we want to hear each other’s stories, share our hearts and and pray together. Some helpful resources will also be shared so please join us to pray together and see what God will do in our kids’ lives!

February 14th is the perfect time to show the people closest to us how much we love them.
This is also a day for many who are reminded of their loss.
We want to take some time on Valentine’s Day to show care and remind those people how much they are loved by The Chapel and by God.
So, on February 14, we are having a widow’s luncheon at the Gideon Owen Wine Company in Port Clinton
If you would like to attend this special event, text WIDOW to 419.504.1777 or click HERE.
We would love to spend Valentine’s Day with you!

CAMP OPPORTUNITIES FOR 2025
Church camps are one of those childhood experiences that mark you. They allow kids and students to have crazy fun while growing in their faith. Kids and students can look around and see that they are not the only ones standing up for what is right and pursuing Jesus.
The magic of camp is getting kids and students away from their normal environment long enough to create shared experiences that open deeper spiritual conversations. We have seen the Spirit move in incredible ways when the next generation sacrifices their time and comfort to give a week dedicated to God. God honors that sacrifice. God blesses those times in special ways.
We have a camp option for all our kids and students.
Beulah Beach Day Camp – This is for ages 5-11 and is from 8:30-5:00 Mon-Fri. Beulah Beach is right on the water, so they do all kinds of water activities and outdoor fun. Each day has a time called MIX which has worship and a main speaker. The spots fill up very quickly. Half their summer if already full. So if you want to get your kids in, you will want to register asap. Registration is done through the Beulah Beach website. The Chapel is contributing $100 toward each Chapel camper when you use our promo code. That brings the cost to $90. We have 3 weeks to choose from with that code (Listed on the image). Your promo will work for one week per camper.
MIX and MOVE’s theme is “In Between”. No matter the hardship and even when others walk away, we will remain. We won’t rely on our circumstances or our victories or our losses but only on God who holds it all together. We will run with endurance and keep our eyes on Jesus from now until the finish, during the in between.
MIX – This is our camp for current 7th-8th graders. They will be at Indiana Wesleyan University. The Chapel is contributing $200 per camper bringing the cost down from $524 to $324. Text in MIX2025 to register.
MOVE is our High School Camp. They will be at BGSU main campus. The Chapel is contributing $200 per camper for this as well bringing the cost down from $599 to $399. Text in MOVE2025 to register.
WHERE GOD IS LEADING US IN 2025
Every year we send teams to places where The Chapel is already invested. Two big reasons we send teams...
1. To encourage our partner missionaries and churches where life and ministry is not easy.
2. To give Chapel team members a cross-cultural experience in missions they can in turn share with all of us.
All of these mission opportunities are with trusted partner ministries:
-Columbia. Young Adults will help people get clean water and the living water of Christ working with Filter of Hope.
-Basque country in Spain . This is a post-Christian setting, so much of the ministry is helping missionaries build relational bridges with the community opening doors to share the gospel.
-Mexico. We are sending a team of primarily Chapel High School students who will minister to children, families and entire villages.
-Burundi. The Chapel has adopted a brand new village of Batwa people (pygmies). The village name is Jimbi. The physical and spiritual needs there are dramatic.
Please consider stepping into what may be uncomfortable or unfamiliar to you... and watch what God does in and through you.
